Comfy Gift offers fast UK mainland delivery at £3.95 where your gift arrives in 2-3 working days after despatch. We will send an email to you when your order has been despatched to tell you your gift is on the way, this is usually the day you place your order or if not then the next working day.

 

Orders received before 12pm on Monday to Friday are usually despatched the same day, orders received after 12pm will be despatched the following working day. While we always make every effort to despatch gifts promptly, during busy periods timescales may be extended.

 

Comfy Gift shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to delivery delays or failure to send an item that is beyond our reasonable control. This applies to, but is not limited to, holidays, regulation compliance, changes in law, omission of correct details by the customer, adverse weather conditions, transportation delays and labour disputes.

 

Please note it is the customer's responsibility to provide the recipient's full and correct delivery address. Comfy Gift Boxes are not responsible for delivery delays where incomplete or incorrect address details have been provided.

 

We do not despatch or deliver gift boxes during weekends, Public Holidays or Bank Holidays.

 

In the event of non-delivery, the customer should advise Comfy Gift Boxes by email, sales@comfygifts.co.uk, within 7 days.

 

Delivery to multiple addresses

The delivery address is prompted for when payment details are entered, therefore if you are sending gifts to more than one recipient please order each gift box separately. If you wish to order several Comfy Gifts to be sent to more than one recipient, please email sales@comfygifts.co.uk and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

 

We will send you an email when your gift has been despatched so you know it's on it's way.
